I get so much pleasure in wreath making that it's become a yearly tradition for the festive season and something I eagerly anticipate. You don't have to be a florist and there are no rules to wreath making. Be creative and who says a wreath has to be round like I made. There is something so therapeutic about spending an afternoon creating and making something that results in a beautiful decorative artwork. One that you get to hang in your home with pride, and emanates the aromas of the outdoors. This year I kept it simple with fir and eucalyptus (my favourite), whilst sipping on mulled apple and pomegranate juice.
Mulled wine is one of those drinks you find all over London at the markets at this time of year. It's the smell of Christmas. Although I'm pregnant, it doesn't mean I can't enjoy a festive tinkle and this delicious mulled apple and pomegranate juice is a great alternative if you're looking for something alcohol-free.
